Please reach out to Mr. Murray at cmurray@colliervilleschools.org with questions. New Student Enrollment Data and Proof of Residence Portal 2021-2022 Happy Summer Break, Collierville Schools! If your family is visiting this digital page, your child(ren) is new to the Collierville Schools system and is assigned to one of our 10 schools for the 2021-2022 school year. To register your child(ren) as a new student at one of our schools, you will need to complete either the digital enrollment data request and proof of residence portal opening June 14th at 8:00 a.m. WCMS Baseball Tryouts - 2021-22 WCMS will be hosting Baseball tryouts over the summer for the 2021-2022 school year. If you are interested in trying out for the Varsity (8th Grade) Baseball team, please make sure, you go to DragonFly Max (information is on the WCMS Athletics Website – under Baseball/Inside Athletics/Forms) and complete the registration forms. You will also need to have a physical (TSSAA Physical Form is on WCMS Athletics Website - under Baseball/Inside Athletics/Forms) filled out and signed by a doctor, dated after April 15, 2021, and uploaded to DragonFly Max, in order to try-out. WCMS Softball Tryouts - 2021-22 softball tryouts will be Wednesday, July 21 and Thursday, July 22 from 5pm-7pm at the Collierville Middle Schools Sports Complex softball field on Frank Road. WCMS Volleyball Tryouts - 2021-22 Volleyball Tryouts will be held on Monday, July 19th and Tuesday, July 20th from 5:00 – 7:00 pm in the WCMS Varsity Gym. Students interested in trying out for the Volleyball team must complete the required registration forms in DragonFly Max using the link in the attached file. Students must have a current physical signed by a doctor and physicals must be uploaded to the DragonFly Max website in order for a student to participate in the scheduled tryouts.
